If you've logged into creator.storytagger.com and your screen looks like this then please follow the steps below:
1. Check You're Using the Correct StoryTagger Account
Make sure you're logged in with the email address that received the StoryTagger invitation.
To verify:
Tap the circular icon with your initials in the top right corner.
Log out.
Log back in using the same email address the invitation was sent to.
If that doesn't work, please move onto Step 2
2. Perform a Hard Refresh
If you're using the correct email but still having issues, your account permissions may not have loaded. Perform a Hard Refresh on your browser to reload StoryTagger and reset your credentials.

These commands will reload the page while clearing the browser cache for StoryTagger.
If that doesn't work, please move onto Step 3
3. Use your Campaign ID
Open your invitation email and you'll see your unique Campaign ID listed towards the bottom of the message. Add this ID to the Enter Campaign ID box on the landing page, and you'll see the 'Get Started' button appear.
