1. Check You're Using the Correct StoryTagger Account

Make sure you're logged in with the email address that received the StoryTagger invitation. ​

1. Tap the circular icon with your initials in the top right corner.
2. Log out.
3. Log back in using the same email address the invitation was sent to.

If you're using the correct email but still having issues, your account permissions may not have loaded. Perform a Hard Refresh on your browser to reload StoryTagger and reset your credentials. ​

These commands will reload the page while clearing the browser cache for StoryTagger. NB. StoryTagger in creator mode isn't currently compatible with Safari. ​

If that doesn't work, please move onto Step 3

Open your invitation email and you'll see your unique Campaign ID detailed towards the bottom of the message. 

Add this ID to the Add Campaign ID box on the home page, and you'll see the Topics you've been invited to contribute to. ​

If you continue to experience problems, please speak to one of our support agents using the chat tool.
